For their repair, there are several surgical techniques adjusted to the clinical situation of each patient<sup>9<\/sup><sup>,<\/sup><sup>10<\/sup>. In some common bile duct injuries round ligament repair has been suggested as an alternative to a possible biliodigestive derivation.
