The patient was recommended for laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy by using&nbsp;<em>The Clockwise Technique.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RESULTS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The clockwise, caudal-to-cephalic approach appears to have other significant technical advantages that facilitate the performance of the procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CONCLUSIONS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy performed using&nbsp;<em>The Clockwise Technique<\/em>&nbsp;provides satisfactory outcomes.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Laparoscopic pancreatectomy is currently a widely used approach for benign and malignant lesions of the pancreas.
